The team consists of two managing partners, Yves Eggleston and Phil Lalonde, along with a handful of lead carpenters, project managers and a pool of hand picked expert sub trades.
Yves launched Blueprint in 2004. Originally specializing in contracting services & structural foundation repairs. Philippe spent the first 10 years of his career at a consulting engineering firm specializing in building sciences. Phil is a registered designer with the Ministry of Housing and a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.).
Today, Blueprint specializes in design, construction and project management of new and existing buildings. The Blueprint team are extremely "hands on" with every aspect of the projects. All design, planning & managment elements are strictly handled by our in-house experts which ensures efficiency & quality results. This has helped Blueprint earn an solid reputation with building inspectors, city planners, industry trades and partners.
Blueprint focuses great efforts on job site safety. We adopt and invest in technologies including Punchtime to help promote better and safer work sites. Blueprint's efforts and dedication has earned the company an exceptional track record with the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board and the Ministry of Labour.

Blueprint designs and builds a small number of spec homes each year. Standard features in these homes typically include the following:
High-efficiency furnace, air conditioner, heat recovery ventilator (HRV), garage door opener & keypad, eavestroughs, recessed lighting, LED throughout, smooth finished ceilings, upgraded trim, door and hardware, quartz countertops in all kitchens and bathrooms, custom shower glass doors, upgraded kitchen and vanity cabinets, finished basements with 9' ceilings where applicable, hard surface flooring thruought, minimum 9' ceilings on every floor.
All party walls in our semi-detach homes surpass code with 6 layers of 5/8 drywall to help further reduce sound transmission.
